Last Day Thursday

Daphne's favorite inside activity is putting on all of her outside clothes at once and walking around the house. Here is one with her starting with her hats. Have a great weekend everyone!

Hello Neighbor...

Want to come play with me?Daphne seems to be feeling much better so she is going to school after her day home with dad yesterday. Mike caught her bug yesterday afternoon so he was in bed the rest of the day not feeling good at all. He says he's going to try and eat some toast this morning and go to work so we'll see how that goes. I am drinking as much Emergen-C as possible so I don't also get the plague!

Woohoo

Good Morning... We made it through our first night with no pukes! Woohoo, it's worth a victory dance and then a stroll around the neighborhood with our ducky watering can and shovel to collect dandelions (see below). Have a great Tuesday.

Under the weather

Daphne has been feeling crummy all weekend. It all started with throwing up in the middle of the night on Friday, twice. She threw up again on Saturday night and just felt crummy all day Sunday. I'm posting this on Sunday night since I will be staying home with her Monday and I'm not sure I'll remember to get on here. I will try and update how she is feeling, hopefully better so she can go to school on Tuesday. She did manage to fit in some play time in her living room ship, SS Daphne, full of her friends, for a cruise around the house.

Turns out smelling your first daffodil causes great screams of joy and bursts of energy to run down the block! Maybe I should try it.

The bunny

First I got all dressed up with my bunny hat and special dress...

Then we went to the mall and I sat on this giant bunny's lap, I was ok with him because if you look closely at the picture I have my cracker with me.


Then it was play time in the mall play area, I started with the turney wheel...
And did the slide 100 times...with Mom and Dads help of course!

Then I played peak in the tunnel with Dad...

and climbed all the way through.
It was a great day!

The egg hunt...

She did great and loved finding all the eggs and occasional cheerio or chocolate raisan inside!
