Daphne loved Santa!

Happy 2nd Birthday Daphne Noelle

Daphne had a great weekend and lots of birthday fun. We started the day at 6:30 by coming downstairs to cool balloons and fun presents, while she got to wear her favorite fleece vest. She loves her new table and easel. We went to the water park and she had a blast going down the little kid water slides all by herself. We were really surprised she loved them so much. That was followed by a birthday dinner at our house with John, Greta and Olivia (after lunch and nap of course). The girls had a lot of fun playing with everything. I will post more pictures of the dinner party, we didn't get any of the water park since we were all having such fun with the slides.

Almost 2

Daphne will be taking a bunch of mini purple frosted cupcakes with purple sprinkles to school tomorrow for her early birthday celebration!

Christmas Tree, Daphne, Bean, Sprout...and me

Christmas prep

Daphne had a lot of fun getting out Christmas tree set up in the living room and finding the rapping penguin she got from grandma last year. She can turn the penguin on herself and will do it over and over again at least 20 time, ahhh christmas joys. :)

Birthday Tree

Last night we started a new tradition, we decorated Daphne's birthday tree in her bedroom. It has colorful balls, a red string of garland and some elmo winter ornaments. She woke up this morning (after sleeping from 8-6:45 straight) and said tree. I think she loves it :)

Bean, Sprout and the biggest suprise of our lives...

Today was my 20 week ultrasound and it went like this....
Go back to the room, lay down, goop on belly, wand on belly and Radiologist saying "Do twins run in your family" and me saying "ummmm No" and thinking "Wow i can't believe he plays this joke on his patients, he will probably be telling me just kidding soon." But no, not kidding, there are 2 in there....bean and sprout. Fraternal (not identical), measuring great and looking on track. Now to digest the info.

Rainy Weekend

Big Girl Bed

Daphne's big girl bed arrived at the beginning of this week and is officially set up in her very own big girl room! She has slept in the past 3 nights and done really well. These pictures are from the unpacking of the mattress to the move all the way to her room, with a stop over in the front hall to jump on it that pretty much made her year. She still goes in there looking for it.

Harvest Day Fun

We had a good weekend, went to our friends house and did a pumpkin search in his backyard and then went to the Harvest Fest with some friends. Daphne loved it...
